Focus and Scope

The European Advanced Journal for Emerging Technologies (EAJET) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal publishing original research articles, review papers, technical communications, short reports, and case studies in engineering, applied sciences, and emerging technologies. Peer Review Process

All submissions to EAJET undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Manuscripts are first screened by the editorial team for scope, originality, and adherence to journal guidelines. Suitable submissions are then sent to a minimum of two independent reviewers with relevant subject-matter expertise. Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on originality, technical soundness, clarity, and contribution to the field. The average time from submission to first editorial decision is 4–6 weeks. Final acceptance decisions rest with the Editor-in-Chief based on reviewer recommendations.

Publication Frequency

EAJET publishes quarterly, with four issues released per year (January–March, April–June, July–September, October–December). Articles are published continuously online as they complete the review and production process, then compiled into their respective quarterly issue.

Open Access Statement

EAJET provides immediate, free, and unrestricted open access to all published content. The journal operates on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of articles without requiring permission from the publisher or author, subject to proper attribution.

Copyright and Licensing

Authors who publish with EAJET retain copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. All articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited. Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.

Publication Ethics

EAJET is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and follows the guidelines set out by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The journal takes seriously all forms of research and publication misconduct, including but not limited to plagiarism, data fabrication or falsification, duplicate or redundant publication, improper authorship, and undisclosed conflicts of interest. Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to adhere to ethical standards at every stage of the publication process. Allegations of misconduct are investigated thoroughly in accordance with COPE flowcharts, and confirmed cases may result in manuscript rejection, retraction of published work, or formal notification to the author's institution.

Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts submitted to EAJET are screened for plagiarism prior to being sent for peer review. The journal maintains a similarity threshold, and manuscripts exceeding acceptable limits of textual overlap with previously published work are returned to the authors for revision or rejected outright. Authors are required to properly cite and attribute all sources used in their work. Self-plagiarism and duplicate submission to multiple journals simultaneously are strictly prohibited.

Archiving

This journal utilizes the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PLN) to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries, permitting those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. This ensures that, in the unlikely event the journal ceases publication, its content remains permanently accessible to the global academic community.

Sponsorship and Funding

EAJET is published by ESA Research. The journal does not accept funding, sponsorship, or advertising from any commercial or institutional entity that could influence editorial decisions, peer-review outcomes, or content selection. Article Processing Charges (APCs), where applicable, are used exclusively to cover the costs of editorial management, peer-review coordination, copyediting, typesetting, and online hosting. Journal History

EAJET was established to provide researchers, engineers, academics, and industry professionals in emerging technology fields with a rigorous, accessible, open-access publishing platform. Since its launch, the journal has worked to build an international editorial board and expand its scope to reflect ongoing advances in engineering and emerging technologies. EAJET continues to grow its publication record and pursue indexing with major international databases.
