Data centers serve as the backbone of modern business operations, and their performance is shaped by numerous interdependent factors. Consistent operational quality is essential to meeting the service-level commitments made to customers. Given the finite nature of data center resources, careful planning of support enforcement procedures is critical. These procedures generally fall into two categories, distinguished by the occupancy status of the support service. As a result, the efficiency and effectiveness of both fulfillment and routine maintenance processes are central to delivering reliable service assurance. This research focuses on improving customer engagement management and support service fulfillment.
Meeting service-level agreements (SLAs) and improving overall satisfaction requires strategies tailored to each customer's engagement level. These engagement patterns can be classified based on operational status updates, which in turn influence the choice of fulfillment strategy. Continuous tracking of customer transaction records, paired with real-time alerting mechanisms, is therefore necessary to keep network channels synchronized with backend fulfillment systems. Naturally, the engagement process for a non-occupied customer follows a different pathway than that for an occupied one.
